As Executive Vice President and Director of Houston Operations for Allegiance Title Company, William V. “Vic” Condrey has 35 years of experience in commercial real estate and real estate transaction law. In 2000, Mr. Condrey started First American Title – Tanglewood, and in 2012 he started Riverway Title Company as Owner and President.
Mr. Condrey has practiced law as a commercial real estate attorney for 42 years after being licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 1973. Mr. Condrey was a Partner at Liddell, Sap, Zively, Hill and LaBoon from 1988-1996 and prior to that was with Reynolds, Shannon, Miller, Blinn, White and Cook, where he was a partner from 1980-1988. In addition to serving as Executive Vice President of Allegiance Title Company, Mr. Condrey has a private law practice, William V. Condrey, P.C., where he focuses on title insurance, commercial and residential real estate, and partnership and corporate law.
Mr. Condrey holds a J.D. from the University of Houston School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a member of the Houston Bar Association, the Texas Bar Foundation, and has been an approved attorney for First American Title Insurance Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.
Mr. Condrey was formerly a director of the Westlake Family Institute, a nonprofit corporation owned by Amoco Oil Company, and also previously served as a director of Guardian Savings and Loan Association. Mr. Condrey is an active member of Grace Presbyterian Church and served as the president of the Memorial/Spring Branch Young Life Committee from 1998-2002.
